A: Yes, preorders can be canceled anytime before they ship. To cancel, please contact our customer service.

 Q: Can I order in-stock items with my preorder?

A: Yes, you can. However, note that in-stock items ordered with preordered items will ship together when the preordered items are available. If you want the in-stock items to ship immediately, please place a separate order.
